At times, we may find ourselves burdened by the pain of trauma, loss, or life transitions. I am honored that you have found your way here, to begin in your journey of honoring yourself and starting on a path towards healing. My name is Lauren Yoder, and I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Through the process of art making and connecting, I will help guide you through your journey of self exploration and healing.

In my virtual therapy practice, I utilize trauma-informed interventions to help individuals to find wholeness and healing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
